I created the Harmonise Your Hormones course because I see so many women stuck in a cycle of overwhelm - bombarded by conflicting advice and led to believe that every issue is just “hormonal.” But symptoms are signals, not mysteries. This course is about helping you reconnect with your body, cut through the noise, and stop chasing quick fixes. It’s time to understand the deeper story your body is telling you - and to finally listen.

I don’t believe in quick fixes, one-off consultations, or handing you a long list of things to “do” and hoping it sticks.

True healing doesn’t happen in a single appointment. It happens when the body feels safe, supported, and given time to recalibrate – with the right information, repeated gently, and applied consistently.

Over the years, I’ve learnt that one-off consultations often create more overwhelm than clarity. They can leave people feeling temporarily reassured, but without the education, structure, and accountability needed for real, lasting change.

For that reason, I no longer offer one-off consultations to new clients.

I now work exclusively with new clients inside my 8-week Harmonise Your Hormones programme.

This is about raising the standard of care.
