My one-hour consultation is a unique opportunity to dive deep into your health concerns. You will have the chance to off load your concerns in a safe place. I am here to listen.
We will address how your current health and lifestyle choices may be causing a disruption to your wellbeing. You will gain an insight into the mineral paradigm, and embark on a journey to optimise your health from the inside out.
I specialise in connecting the dots between your symptoms (physical, emotional or mental) and imbalances in essential minerals, offering a holistic, effective approach to wellness.
I have experience in empowering clients to regain control of their health, whether it’s achieving weight loss goals or managing specific metabolic or inflammatory conditions.
I have a deep understanding of the root cause of conditions such as, insulin resistance, diabetes, anemia, fatigue (including adrenal), migraines, hormonal and thyroid imbalances.
During this consultation, you’ll understand how you are in charge of your health and have the power to change your current health trajectory . You’ll have a different understanding of your “symptoms” and the message your body is trying to tell you.

1 x Personalised in-depth report breaking down your results, giving you a clear understanding of your imbalances and how they have led to your current health concerns. This report will include information to help you understand why you feel like you feel and how to start replenishing your mineral tank to recover your health. ($150)
*Understand the impact of different mineral deficiencies and excesses. See how certain mineral ratios are responsible for the decline in your wellbeing. These ratios address how your current lifestyle is affecting the function of your metabolism, thyroid, adrenals, heart health and blood sugars.
*You will be given basic guidance on nutritional choices for your specific metabolic type (discovered via the HTMA), and suggestions for rebalancing.
*PLEASE NOTE: After receiving your results and report, if you wish to have questions answered that arise or are just hungry for further information and want to receive a deeper understanding of what is needed to rebalance via lifestyle and nutrition, it is recommended that you purchase a 1 hour ‘discovery consultation’ via zoom.

-printable envelope for collection
-printable form to fill out
-Wellington address to send form and sample to
The sample will be then sent from the Wellington depot to Texas. Results take approximately 4 weeks to return.
Once your results are in you will be sent a health questionnaire to complete. I will then collate your hair test results and the information from your questionnaire into an in-depth personalised report giving you a thorough understanding of your current health situation and how to move forward to rebalancing.
You can expect your report within days of your results coming in.

1 x 1 hour consultation (via zoom) This consultation gives you the chance to ask the questions that have arisen from reading your report, bring a focus to your current health concerns and connect the dots to how your lifestyle choices may be disrupting your wellbeing. You will begin to understand how you are in charge of your health and have the power to change your current trajectory. We will also discuss the basics and importance of the Root Cause Protocol. ($125)
This is the complete package. You will have all of your questions answered, understand your health and the link between your mineral deficiencies and excesses. You will be empowered to take charge of your health and understand what is needed to live a long, energetic, healthy life!

HAIR TISSUE MINERAL ANALYSIS (HTMA)
One of the most accurate ways to delve into mineral dysregulation is by having a Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis done. This is a safe and non-invasive pathology test. It measures the levels and comparative ratios of nutrient and toxic minerals found in the hair. An HTMA is one of the most valuable screening tools available in preventative health care.
